Supplier Policy

ECOTERRAE has implemented a Management system through which it carries out control of all aspects related to the Quality and the Environment. This system includes the communication of the Integrated Policy and the Requirements applicable to our suppliers and subcontractors, without whose collaboration the implementation of our principles in the development of the work, as well as the applicable environmental requirements, could not be guaranteed.

Therefore, we want to convey to our suppliers and subcontractors the need for their behavior to be consistent and in the same line of action as ECOTERRAE, and inform them of the importance of complying with both the principles described in our Policy and the environmental requirements, in order to guarantee that their behavior ensures at all times the greatest respect for the environment. Environment.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS OF SUBCONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS

• Know and comply with current national, regional and local legislation applicable to your activities, products and services in environmental matters.
• Communicate to ECOTERRAE any information and/or documentation that may be requested about the environmental aspects of their products and/or services.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Only supply materials that meet the applicable safety, quality and environmental standards, and can be easily recycled or recovered.
• Inform ECOTERRAE of the potential environmental effects and risks of the activities and operations carried out in our facilities and, where appropriate, the preventive and corrective measures applied to minimize their environmental impact.
• Carry out efficient and safe driving that minimizes emissions and fuel consumption of your vehicles.

Likewise, we inform you that as a requirement of our purchasing process according to ISO 9001.2015, we continually evaluate our approved suppliers where the contracted products and services are inspected by the area manager, according to the contractual requirements (quality, documentation, delivery times, incidents, etc.). Performance in this evaluation will mark approval or discontinuation in our supplier and subcontractor program.
